Trnava Days of Law - Legal Politics and Legislation (24-25. September 2020)
Ladies and gentlemen,
in my own name as the head of the Department of History of Law, as well as on behalf of doc. M. Káčer, the head of the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava, Slovakia (http://iuridica.truni.sk/about-faculty), we would like to cordially invite you to our traditional Congress Trnava Days of Law - this time with the main topic "Legal Politics and Legislation" (24. - 25 September 2020).
Due to the circumstances, this year's congress will be held only “online” - by sending contributions to the volumes of proceedings.
Our Departments sponsor two parallel conferences within the congress - “The 70th anniversary of the Czechoslovak Civil Code of 1950 and Legal Politics in the 20th Century” and “Parliamentary Culture”, the output of which is to be two separate conference volumes.
We would be honoured should you decide to contribute to the two volumes by submitting your contributions on one of the two indicated conference topics, depending on your scholarly focus and interests.
